“Salarievo” (2019 — 2020)

The former borders of Moscow have been recently enlarged by a huge suburban territory, the
so-called “New Moscow”. As a result, the Salarievo district has formally transformed from an
outskirt area to the geographical center of the Capital. The life in Salarievo differs though from
the actual city center. So, going there seems like a journey through time or to a different
country. The photographer explores this life on a break, its environment, multiplicity and the
way people live there.
