Named after the The Ioanno-Predtechensky Convent, Ivanovskaya Gorka is a historical district of Moscow that for some magical reason wasn’t rebuilt or damaged by modern urban planning—yet. Many artists and true patriots of the city live here and try to save the real face of this cozy place.
Old buildings shed their thick paint layers to breathe. Sometimes, when asphalt is being unsealed to repair the underground infrastructure, antiquities may float to the surface.
